Heat Recovery Options
When a gas engine unit runs, the fuel's energy is split:
Heat – is a secondary form of useful energy, that we can recover, and reuse for:
- space heating
- hot water supply (ГВС)
- process needs
- heat networks
With the addition of an absorption chiller:
- air conditioning
- equipment cooling
- process cooling

Or we can work as a team with the large distributors and integrators we partner with. From them you get direct equipment supply and prices; from us, full technical support and control of deadlines and quality.

At this stage we study your facility:
- analysis of electricity consumption (load, schedules, tariffs)
- analysis of heat load
- analysis of gas supply (pressure, limits, prices)
- operating mode, facility and production process goals

We record the main goals, characteristics, and required results of the future project:
- cogeneration unit capacity
- number of units
- connection and automation requirements
- reliability and operating format of the units

3 /Preliminary cost estimate
We will show the approximate investment volume required for the agreed result:
- capital construction costs (CAPEX)
- regular operating costs (OPEX)
- forecast economics, payback period
This helps reduce investment risk

8 /Supply of Main Equipment
Already at the design stage, in line with the agreed stages of technical documentation delivery in parallel You can order the main high-cost equipment.
You can make the purchase yourself, and we will provide full technical support in communication with suppliers. We are partners of the main players in the cogeneration unit market in Ukraine and Europe and direct official representatives of many electrical equipment manufacturers.
You can also shift this responsibility to us while keeping the best terms from suppliers
7 /Electrical Equipment Production at Our Plant
Our manufacturing plant will deliver on time electrical substations and switchgear to the individual parameters of the project at a competitive price.
We have worked with the main equipment manufacturers for years and know their solutions and terms: SIEMENS, EATON, Shneider electric, ETI, CHINT, LS (LG). We are official partners and distributors.
8 /Construction
Our group of companies also includes a full-service construction company. You get engineering support during implementation and competitive construction cost and timelines, because we have our own crews and machinery fleet.
All required permits and licenses are in place
